REPORTS TO: Sales Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Seeking a motivated, internet savvy, sales-oriented person to join our team to sell our medical device product development services and sustainable proprietary products B2B.

Applicants should have good disposition and be able to work in our dynamic product development and manufacturing environment. In-person work in our Sanford, Maine, facility is required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Training will be provided, where needed; a willingness to learn is very important.

Responsibilities:

- Follow up on leads and direct mailer campaigns;

- Manage B2B and B2C communication;

- Prepare weekly updates for Sales Manager;

- Assist in streamlining incoming orders and fulfillment;

- Track lead times and update customers; (I added this)

- Build or modify Shopify and WordPress sites;

- Take simple product photos and post them;

Skills / Qualifications:

- Well-spoken; able to maintain professional tone with co-workers and customers.

- Excellent, professional writing skills;

- SEO and internet marketing experience desirable;

- Familiar with Google Workspace tools;

- Familiar with AirTable;

- Experience with Facebook, Amazon, Tiktok, or other social media platforms a plus;

- Experience with A/B testing tools.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

- Relevant degrees or work experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

- Must have an excellent command of the English language and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

- Knowledge of Spanish a plus.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

- Must be willing to help in a pinch with package and fulfillment. Therefore, the ability to lift a maximum of 25 lbs. is required.

JOB TYPE:

- Full-time.

PAY RANGE:

- $44,000 to $54,000 depending on experience and expertise.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $44,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
